Menu items are gluten-free and vegan.
All produce is organic and grown in the Chesapeake region.

coriander chickpeas, summer squash, roasted beets, lentil sprouts,
green tomato pickle, cucumber kimchi.
Topped with tahini dressing or miso vinaigrette.
+ Vegan Snack Pack: cultured cashew cheese, mushroom pate,
stuffed collard leaves, green bean kimchi. Comes with rice crackers.
+ Cherry tomato salad: roasted corn and basil oil.
+ Hibiscus: iced with fresh mint.

+ Full moon tea: cooled holy basil with red raspberry leaf,
passionflower, chamomile, lemon verbena.

cardamom, and black pepper.
